It would be very helpful if we could schedule and send the same e-blast multiple times using only one template instead of having to make a separate email for each distribution date. This will make it much easier if changes to the design or content need to be made. Instead of having to unschedule, change, and reschedule multiple emails, it could be done from one source template that can be scheduled and sent multiple times.

Between the following capabilities already available in accounts, can you elaborate on what it is you're trying to do?

• Copying emails to make edits (if needed) and send
• Using quicksend to resend an email to specific contacts
• Automatic and manual resend to non-openers
• Resend to new contacts
• Building and saving reusable templates for creating and copying from for future emails, as well as ease of editing if branding and design updates are needed

When we make a "campaign", we copy the master email we create and schedule each copy to be sent on a separate date, at a separate time, to the same contact list(s). If changes are needed after that point, each scheduled email must be unscheduled, changed one by one, and then rescheduled to be sent one by one.

It would be easier if the system didn't require us to copy the email for each date we want to send it and instead included a function that would allow us to work with one email that could be automatically scheduled to be sent on multiple dates/times to the same or different contact lists. That way, if changes need to be made, they can be implemented on one email instead of making and scheduling multiple copies that would need to be changed one by one.
