I was a customer back in 2014. I enjoyed designing in your program very much. But this NEW format? I am not a fan. I want to be able to customize every bit of my forms and emails, not go through your Q

What about our updated platform does not fit your needs? Any specific examples you can share of features you would like to see is helpful information for us to track with our Product Team.
