format of emails sent

You need to get rid of the DOWNLOAD button and make it easy to just drop a document into your mass email format. People do not DOWNLOAD these documents. Personally, I skip over emails I receive where I have to DOWNLOAD the document. Make your website more user friendly so it's an easy process to get the information out.
