I have a number of contacts in my account with no email address or status, merely a first of last name. While they aren't doing any real harm, I would like to be able to permanently delete them. Currently you have to do this one by one. A feature to allow bulk deletes would be very helpful

I sued to be able to see email, phone address, tags, groups, and activity all in 1 click. now I have to go through different hoops just to get the same information. Absolutely HORRIBLE design. Please return it to as it was or at the least make it better. Right now, it is a nightmare.

When a contact is marked "unsubscribed", NO data fields about the contact can be updated. This makes sense for the email address and lists they are on. But we should be able to update other fields in the Contact record even when status is "unsubscribed". Example 1: Person has recently died, and someone in their family or estate handling did the unsubscribe action on most recent email. We would like to add Tag "deceased" to the record so we know WHY they are unsubscribed. Example 2: Sometimes data in our customized fields is entered "not to standards". Such as contents should be arabic numeral (like 4) but was entered as roman numeral (IV). Or with prefix (like K4). We would like to fix this information to fit standards to make our reports about the group easier to do. Before massive change/update to CONTACTS functions a year or so ago, we could still make such updates to fields not related to actual sending of emails. We would like that capability back again.

Hello, it would be much more satisfying (and give a sense of comfort) if you would provide a "SAVE" button after making an edit in the Contacts fields. Because there's no SAVE button to click on, I am always left to wonder if my edits were, indeed, saved? Thank you

Why can we no longer see which campaign a contact has signed up for... I have several campaigns and in the past, I was able to type in my contact and it would show which campaign they registered for. With the change, that is no longer available. On a chat yesterday, I was told I would need to use segments? When I looked into that, it appeared I would need to create a segment, then tag my contacts with that segment? So that means I would need to go through each one of my contacts and tag them. That doesn't make sense as I don't know which campaign they are in, so I would have to go through each of my campaigns to find out what they signed up for. At that point, I already have my answer. Is there an easier way?? Sheila Re

When I want to add current contacts to other lists, and I search them in the list... and click on their names, their names do not stay checked as I search for additional names. It makes it a much longer process. It would be more time efficient if we could search the names, check the ones we want, continue searching, then manage lists and add them all at once to the new list. Currently, unless you 'check' the names through scrolling, only one name will stay "checked" for you to add them to a new list. Thank you, Alexa

All the changes that have been made to the contacts page has made updating, searching and adding contact more inconvenient. I can no longer look up a customer current or previous through their first and last name, it has to be all separate, which makes finding their customer file more time consuming. It would be great to have that feature back. Thank you.

I used to be able to wildcard (*) search. No more. This is a big problem. If I have "Company A" and "Company B", I can no longer search (*B) and find company B.... is there a way to revert?

It used to be in Constant Contact (Pre 10/01/2020) that you could select individual fields for export when exporting lists to .csv files. However with the new "update" to the user interface, the individual custom fields can no longer be selected for export. It's now replaced with one one box to export all of the custom fields. Why this was changed in the new user interface is beyond me. Now when exporting all custom fields I have extra steps to perform, removing unnecessary columns, when reporting the data within our company's records. Please allow us to select individual custom fields for export again. This feature was already in Constant Contact before, but now it's not. That's not a good sign when an "update" takes away more than it adds.

Hi, I was surprised to see that when I searched for a name, it only came up with results when I typed the name from the beginning. If I wrote only them middle name it did not provide any results. Perhaps this is something that can be corrected in the near future. Thanks

I wanted to provide feedback on the recent user interface update. I find the audit trail under contact details opaque and less informative. Two contacts Anita Sherman and John and Angela Frisbie were unsubscribed with no action taken by the contact or by the SGE administrator. I believe that this is a glitch with the recent interface update. I also find the audit trail that previously existed which allowed the administrator and the CSR to easily see what had taken place should be accessible. It appears that this information is no longer available. Please clarify. I would appreciate a phone call AND email response to my concerns. Thank you Nancy Brooks

I'm looking at an individual contact record and was trying to see at a glance which campaigns were sent and which were opened. It would be nice to see the little letter icon either change color or look like it's been opened so that instead of having to read each description, I could just glance through the list and see what they've opened.

If I change a contact's email address, the record of the bounces of the old email address should be erased in the engagement list.

The segments feature is great. For our particular business type (Wholesale Jewelry Findings), it would be very helpful to be able to list the Company Name of each contact in the results page. (Right now, only email, first and last name, and date added are available. Any chance that can change any time soon?

You had an amazing feature that I could add instant contacts from the home page by typing into a box and press add contact... THIS HAS BEEN REMOVED! I NEED IT BACK!!!!!!

It would be SO helpful to be able to create categories to organize lists (like how SharpSpring has their platform set up - used at an old workplace). I have so many old lists that I no longer use but I don't want to delete. It would be awesome to throw these in an "Archive" bucket.

Hi this is a small improvement suggestion - something fairly small but happens many times to me and many people I imagine! I receive an e-mail from someone saying their e-mail address has changed, can I update my records. So I have to go to CC 'contacts', and enter the person's e-mail address, and search for it. But CC only finds a contact if it is entered precisely. When a contact is copied directly from Outlook, it is in a format like Anwarudin <anwarudin@mogsc.org.my> As soon as I paste it into your box, your system starts looking for it, and can't find it, because the address in your system is anwarudin@mogsc.org.my I delete the Anwarudin < and then the system starts searching again but still can't find it because of the > at the end. The workaround is to paste the e-mail into notepad, manually remove everything apart from the e-mail address and search, but that is a hassle. I would imagine you could fairly easily write software which would only search for an address within the < > Cheers Karl
