Might want to contact BigCommerce to pull your app out of the "Free" category and have them add a new one for "Trial Usage" to better categorize it. Went through the whole spiel to get set up with your service, only to realize this is a paid service *with* a bunch of data collection caveats (which is how I presumed your business model turned a profit, data aggregation) on top of a monthly subscription. I used to work on Constant Contact for newsletters about 5 years ago, and I am now using it again for my new workplace. It seemed so much easier to create newsletters with the old system. The recent changes with photos are a little challenging--tech support explained that it was a third party change--totally get that it leaves you having to quickly find a solution (maybe you can work in-house on an easier way to configure photos). Formatting paragraphs seems to be way easier (fonts are no longer going weird as they did when I was using it years ago and you always had to keep clearing the formatting in sections.     ... I currently use Online Google Docs to collect Preorders and payment for preorders for my novels that I sell at book conventions, fairs, and other events. I offer a discounted price for the orders, and the reader collects the prepaid books at the event. I can add their email address to my contact list manually, but google docs are not very flexible and have a clunky look.    I'd love a replacement for Google Docs preorder forms that I can post online on the book fair event group for readers on Facebook. Hi. I started my trial period on Sunday, and created two campaigns. Now, when I log in on my computer, they are not visible when I click on Campaigns. They are visible on my phone, but not on the site on my computer. I've tried two different browsers on two different computers over the past three days. Someone called me on Monday and I told him about this, and he said he could see them so there wasn't anything he could do. I just tried the chat functionality and he said that he can see them and that there isn't anything he can do, and then he tried to sell me on something. NO.
