Thank you for showing me how to use your 'Segments'. It has been helpful! Next question - Is is possible to add a criteria section for Bounces? Specifically, I would like to automatically eliminate all Bounced - Recommended for Removal contacts from my segment. Right now, I have to create a Bounced list and then remove it from my send list. This is just a few extra steps but it can get annoying doing it over and over. Because we maintain our contact list in another CRM and then upload it to Constant Contact, deleting the 'Recommended for Removal' contacts will not do us any good and they will just be loaded right back in when I bring in the updated contacts from our CRM. ... It is a best practice when linking to any site other than your own, to make it open in  a new window so as not to lose the reader. Since this is an email cms, that seems like it would have automatically have been the design.   I avoid inserting any links that aren't absolutely necessary because I don't want to lose email readers. ... I had to call your support center to find out that after locating an unsubscribed member and then clicking the box on the left I lost the option to re-subcribe a member. This is a poor interface since when I clicked that box (which is a natural thing to do) I got a whole different set of options none of which were to re-subscribe this person. I wasted a bit of time with your annoying robot before getting to a support person who had to share my screen in order to ascertain the problem. There is no save option after changing the physical address. The Edit, Save, Schedule does not complete the physical address edit. You just assume it is saved, click on edit and go back to the original. Then you select continue to see if it is saved. ... View more

I am in the bounce report of a recent email, displaying the "other" category of bounces. I tried to delete 3 subscribers but I could only click one at a time. If I clicked one and then tried to click a second one, all the names in the list were selected. The look and feel of the new survey pages is a great improvement, however, without the option to add many of the old question types, I do not know that we will be able to continue to use Constant Contact as our surveying tool. Previously, we often utilized the "rate items on a scale" and the "rank items numerically" options when creating surveys. I also think there would have been a large benefit if there was a branching question option as well. While the new tool looks nice, it lacks a lot of necessary functionality.   Please consider making these adjustments before forcing users to switch to the new tool, as the current survey tool will not meet the same needs. When I click the Have Feedback link and fill out this form there is nothing that tells me that the content will be public. I put private details in Feedback that is specific to me, I would not have done that had I known you'd just ignore my feedback and make it public. ... View more
