I have two ideas.
1) Branch Automation Based on Segment Membership:
This should already work, but it doesn't (may be user error, but I've talked with support, and they said it's an actual issue). I have an automation that sends Email 1, and then a segment captures anyone who opened Email 1. The automation then splits into two branches: contacts in that segment, and contacts not in that segment. This seems like it's a function in Constant Contact, but it's not working.
2) Trigger Automations Based on Segments:
This is pretty straight forward, but once a contact enters a segment, trigger an automation.
Both of these would be super helpful.
