I am completely unsatisfied with the new layout of the website. Is there anyway to revert it back to the original?

Provide a capability to email you Your new format makes it very difficult to quickly update contacts or review exsisting campaigns for activity and correct blocked accounts. I had to click 5-6 times to just get into my campaigns and several times all I got was a blank screen Having Campaigns and contacts active at the top of the initial page might help. It appears as if the ability to use colored fonts either isn't working or no longer available. How can we get this feature back so t can be used.? HAPPY HOLIDAYS

I can't tell you how many times I have left the Constant Contact window to go do something else and then came back after I had been timed out. But the screen looks exactly the same as when I left, so I think I made it in time and I procede to keep working. Only certain things prompt the Uh_oh pop up, so sometimes I go on and on with editing my email and making changes only to find out eventually that none of it took and I have to re-log in and re-do all those changes. Could there be a pop up that comes on as soon as you are timed out so I don't have to go through this? Thanks so much!

Your templates are good but the designing tools leave a lot to be desired. I import my designs and graphics as pdfs and send them out. Being able to copy, paste, drop and drag items to do layouts would be so much easier than what is currently available. Am I missing something?

It would be great if there was a way to set default colors and fonts in the system. I get tired of having to change everything for each message.

Dave will be the reason you dont get any paid subscriber. If this company is Chattannooga based, I can see why the service is lackluster. Remove my account please and thank you. I could care less about a trial or any of that. Remove my profile and unsubscribe me from any email listing that I am on.

Hello CC staff. Love the product but in certain types of campaigns I haven't been able to increase font size for the eye comfort of our aging demographic. It would be helpful to have that option

You site update message said you'd be down between 9 and 10pm. I tried to send an important email just before 9pm. It didn't send. Waited till 10pm as instructed and have been trying for the past 40 minutes and still the message is not sending. This message is important with regard to schedule changes due to the hurricane. I have no idea if and when I will be able to get this out. This seems like a great time to move over to mailchimp.

Need to be able to view only currently active users without seeing everyone who is inactive. Or filter by date. This page not user friendly.

Unfortunately not all spreadsheets are sent in an appropriate format to upload and typing in one contact and at a time can be very time consuming. It would be helpful to have more field columns available when adding multiple contacts

I was very disappointed to see where the survey has gone from what it was at one time (previously had numerous capabilities). I am a long time customer and this has left me with no choice but look at other software. Features that are missing are a simple contact form (I now need to enter a text block for every line I need, so name, company, title, address becomes very long). Before there was logic if someone answered a question a different could pop up based on that answer. Also, I was able to customize a question to rank their response - so a question could have multiple responses and consolidate under one question (e.g. When it comes to product selection, rate the following -- and then list a variety of areas and have them rank how important they are such as: brand, warranty, cost, etc) In the new format each one has to be a separate question. So in a nutshell, bringing back what you once had would be helpful and what you currently have is too basic.

will cancel - alot of calls and emails from you. It's annoing to get numerous calls and emails from the day that I signed up for the trial . major turn off. I will not continue.. will cancel the account.
