While I understand that it is essential for platforms/companies who offer social media interactions to stay relevant and current, I am very discouraged by the complete overhaul of the user interface. For several years, I have been more than 100% satisfied with CC, its platform, and its customer service. I recommend it to every one I meet. This change is troubling, and (seemingly) unnecessary, resulting in a much more "clunky" interaction with the home screen. Thank you for taking time to read my feedback.

I apologize for any inconveniences caused by any of the updates we have made. What specifically has been updated that you do not like? We're always open to ways we can better our user's experience so having any further details on his is helpful information for us to have. As for your experience with your homepage, can you describe the "clunky" experience you're having? Does this happen only after logging in or even when moving over from a different tab in your account?
