I believe that if two people are simultaneously editing a newsletter, bad things happen. It seems like we lost most of the content.
Can you work out some protocol, such as:
1. If somebody is editing, the newsletter is locked and would-be editors are so notified.
2. If the newsletter is locked for a period of time, the lock is released. As a nice to have, an email goes to the person locking advising them.
3. If the newsletter is locked, a would-be editor can bump the lock and the original editor is so notified.
4. A visible backup is made in a case of various contentions. This may not be ideal since it would require merging and even worse, confusion as to the proper document going forward.
