I have 1013 subscribed contacts in total but only 1000 on my general list. The missing 13 aren't on any other lists. How do I find these missing 13 and add them into my general list?

You can filter your contacts to find the ones not on any list, via the List Status button on the Contacts screen. For step-by-step and visual guidance on this, please see our article on finding contacts not on any list, also available via the Help tab in your account.
