I need help getting a list of names from my back office in to constant contacts?

We wouldn't really have any insight on your internal systems, so you may need to utilize the relevant support resources for your back office to export your contacts into a file (such as a CSV or XLS file type). Once you have that exported file, and it's formatted properly for import, you can import that file into your Constant Contact account.
