Just wondering if there are any county libraries using Constant Contact? If so, how are you using it? What are your results? Thanks

Hi there! We do have county libraries that are using Constant Contact quite successfully, but I don't think any saw your post. I'll say the library accounts I've seen will typically use email campaigns to send out information on library events on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. Typically, to segmented lists for different audiences such as teen/young adult, educators, and general news list that might all receive different content. The last account I saw was sending to a rather large list and getting an incredible 50% open rate!

Are you currently collecting contacts to segment into different interests for the library?
