Fields on Facebook Lead Forms

I was on with the CHAT people and cannot get an answer, I need to add a FIELD to the Facebook Lead Form so I can identify 

what ADD the person clicked from, since all contacts go to ONE LIST, Facebook LEADs

So I need TO ADD A CUSTOM FIELD to This FORm How do I do IT??

At this time, custom fields are not available options for Leads Ad contact fields.
