I got this message after CC failed to send a monthly newsletter. It then said I needed to contact customer service. Unfortunately, contacting customer service is next to impossible.

That is an error with your authentication - you will need to speak with our Account Review team to resolve this. Their direct line is 1-866-433-8499. There hasn't been much of a wait time most of the day for any of our departments, so you shouldn't have a difficult time reaching them.
