Hi, When I upload an photo to ConstantContact that was taken on my iPhone 13, ConstantContact frequently flips the image sideways or upside-down without consulting me, and I have no option to edit the image - I've seen an image editor on CC before but it seems to be gone? Please advise.

Hi @SeattleSailingClub. The image flipping is due to the orientation of the phone when the photo was taken. You can edit the photo once it has been uploaded so it can display properly. You can rotate the image using the Image Editor on the desktop and on the mobile app.

I tried to edit rotation in CC photo editor but the photo rotation options are blacked out/don't work. When I edit the image on my phone so it's upside down, contant contact still flips it. Same if I do so on my laptop. I have tried every orientation and it still makes the photo upside down.

Hello @LeeN706 ,
I checked your account, and all the images in your library are showing as correctly oriented. If you're still seeing them incorrectly rotated / upside down, this would indicate you're encountering a cache issue. You can clear your cache and fully exit your browser to alleviate the issue on your side.

William, I'm having a similar problem, but the "sideways" photo is only visible by two people who have Apple computers. I have a PC and am generating the email and it looks fine to me. It also looks correct on my iphone 13. All the other photos in the email are okay. It's just this one. We haven't sent the email out yet and I'm concerned that people with Apple computer will see this issue. What else could it be? I didn't have to rotate it in the first place. I only downsized it.

Hi @PattiB998 ,
This would indicate that the sideways display is cached in their browsers, not necessarily because they're using Macs.
