The preview for our inline form code shows our correct address in Constant Contact, but once the form is embedded on our website it still shows the old address. What do we need to do to show the new address on our website?

Hi @hfhsloco. I took a look at your website and form set up in your account and can also see the different addresses. If you haven't done so already, try re-adding both the Universal and Inline codes into your website. The final step if the previous one doesn't work would be to deactivate the form and create a new one.
