Hi,
So I recently made a lead form on CC for meta. It is a sign up form for SMS. My question is what do I do after the lead has been submitted in Meta? Will it automatically be transferred into my SMS list on CC or are there other steps I need to take to make this happen?

Hello @DerekP41 ,
If the lead ad was made in your Constant Contact account, then newly subscribed contacts would be added to the associated list. I'd recommend checking these relevant articles, available via the Help tab in your account, for more info on how the lead ads work and how to manage the subscribers:
- Create a lead ad for Facebook and Instagram
- View the results of a Facebook Lead Ad
- View the sign-ups generated through your Facebook Lead Ad

Once a lead submits their information via your Meta lead form, the data won't automatically transfer to your SMS list on Constant Contact (CC) unless you have set up an integration. Here's what you can do:
Check for Integrations: Look into third-party tools or platforms like Zapier, which can help automate the transfer of leads from Meta to your SMS list on CC.
Download Leads Manually: You can download your lead data from Meta Ads Manager. Go to your Ads Manager > Forms Library, locate your lead form, and download the leads in a CSV format. You can then manually upload this data into your SMS list on CC.
Constant Contact Tools: Check if CC offers direct integrations with Meta forms. Some platforms have native solutions for syncing leads.
Set Up Automated Syncing: If you're running multiple campaigns, investing in a robust CRM or lead management tool to automate the process could save you time and effort.
Ensure you’re compliant with SMS marketing regulations, like getting proper consent from users before adding them to your SMS list. Hope this helps!
