I wish to update and Edit my Account, on the "Business" side of it. However, the software refuses to let me type in the type of business i/we are engaged in. We are a community non-profit service to our members. We are not a charity. We are the Vancouver Retired Teachers Association, a branch of the BC Retired Teachers Association. We use constant contact to send out our Email newsletters and Email Reminder Notices. Why can't I give the proper name for our"business" in My Account section?

Hello @RosalindL41 ,
Is your issue in regards to the required Business Name, or the optional industry type that doesn't actually show to your contacts?
If you're having issues saving your business name, can you provide the exact error message you're receiving?
If your issue is that your exact industry type / title isn't available, you'd instead want to default to a similarly worded one. As you said, you're a "community non-profit service," for member retired teachers. Since we don't have anything that's explicitly "retired teachers association," the available industry types you'd best fit with would be:
- Community Service/Non-Profit
- Educational Organization
- Educational Service
- Community Organization
Keep in mind that inputting your industry type in your account's Business Details just helps our system with easing some clerical elements, such as industry comparisons for reporting and AI content generation. With the number of industry options available, many of them are significantly overlapping, and will not be individually reflected in the overall average industry rates.
