Good Afternoon, I am searching for a report that will supply all email addresses with a 0% Average Open Rate since being added to our contact list. How would I generate such a report?

Hello @123Muzic ,
You can use segmentation to filter out contacts who've chronically not opened your emails., such as with the criteria of Contact Activity > Did Not Open > and then set a date range for the lifespan of your account. You can then further manage this segment by adding it to a list, determining which contacts may still be worth keeping (such as very recent additions based on Date Added), and then deleting all the remaining non-openers and the segment list.
