Can you restart a survey that has ended in Constant Contact? I discovered one we had one setup was set to end with the wrong date.

Hello @EasternCTAOR ,
You can extend survey pages' expiration dates up to 6 months further from the date of the change, if they're still active. Once a survey closes however, it'd need to be remade if you want to re-open it.

Hi William,
Thank you for the quick reply. Is there a way to tell on the original survey when it was set to close?
Based on your feedback, can we:
- copy the current survey and have the old link point to the new survey w/o losing the current responses?
- point anyone clicking the current link to the new survey or
- create a message for anyone clicking the link that tells them the survey location has changed and provide a new link for them to click?
No, copying the survey or making a new one would still result in a wholly new, unique survey share URL. The only thing that can really be done at this time would be to replace areas where you have the old link, if possible (such as in social posts or on websites). In emails, you'd need to send a new email out with the updated link.
