Unable to add an image

I'm unable to add an image to my campaign. It keeps deleting the builder tool I insert.

Hi @FPCNapa , 

 

I apologize that you are running into this! When inserting an image, are you seeing the horizontal or vertical pink line appearing before dropping the image? Or a pink shaded box? If that line or box is not visible, the image block is not being dropped in.
