I have inserted a YouTube video in my ConstantContact email. The thumbnail displays without issue while editing, and in Preview mode, but when I send a test email to myself, the thumbnail image is not included (I only see a large empty box with "?" in the middle). How can I ensure that when the email blast is sent to the actual distribution list, the video thumbnail will be included?
Hello @District18 ,
IS this occurring in multiple email programs / apps you have access to, or just one in particular? Is there any setting in the affected email program(s) that would impact a YouTube video thumbnail from being able to display? If you're using an email program that requires you to approve or download images before it'll display them, are you prompted and able to do so?
