Hi. I noticed a contact on our list had been unsubbed without his knowledge which happens every few months, so we have permission from him to resub when it happens. I did that and the letter to confirm was sent to him. I noticed it was still saying waiting for confirmation after a month so I emailed to let him know again he needed to confirm. He replied that he did confirm and has no idea why it's saying he did not. I tried deleting and readding him, and he's stuck in the waiting for confirmation stage. Because he already clicked confirm and nothing happened, I'm at a loss on how to fix his status.
