Solved: Re: email bouncing - Constant Contact Community

I have a member of our organization that does not receive our emails. I have just entered an additional email for them and that address also got bounced. This has happened in the past with a few of our members. I have instructed all to make sure they put our address in their contact list so we do not go to spam. What else can I do to make sure this member gets our emails??
