Your contact add or update "type or paste" system is broken. Every time I try to add email address/es it tells me: "Some rows need your attention! You must include an email address to create a contact." Eventually I can get them in after trying to upload 8-10 times. Please fix this. It has been a problem for weeks.

Are you checking your pasted email addresses to make sure there's no erroneous spaces being copied over from their source? If there's a space before or after the address, it's going to result in import errors.
