I am adding link buttons as I normally do, but Web Page is no longer an option. Does anyone know why, or what the work around is? Thank you!

Hi @NicoleK342. Newly inserted buttons will have the option to link to a webpage. If a button already exists in an email, you can edit the button and replace the link with the webpage URL.

If this is so then, could this link be distributed to every email involved?

Yes, if you include a link in an email and send it out to your contacts, that link will be available to them via that email.
