Hi Jason. Thank you for the feedback about our Poll action block. I have a few things to discuss.   Action blocks act differently from a webpage where a response can be recorded in the background of the page. Currently, the recipient is brought to a different page so the response is recorded properly but I can certainly understand how this might not be desirable since it takes them away from your email.    Polls are a quick way to get feedback. If you are looking to ask open-ended questions, you would want to look into other tools, such as our Survey tool where you can ask these types of questions and others, if you would like.    We have heard other feedback as well about having the ability to make edits to the block itself, independent from the rest of your email so I will track this in your account.  ... Hi @JohnLScottLynnwood. So it does look like you're talking about the Social Posts tool. At this time, it will only post to Instagram and Facebook but we've heard from other customers like yourself that they'd like to see more capability with this tool, including posting to other platforms. I'll track your feedback on this request.    When it comes to the text editor, we don't have the ability to edit text in any social sharing option in our product but I think it's an awesome idea to help your message stand out (admittedly, I forgot that there is some text editing capability when posting through Facebook). Hi @JohnLScottLynnwood. Our Social Share tool does have the ability to share to Twitter and LinkedIn. Were you asking about Social Posts? In both instances, there isn't the capability to do text editing or adjust how a photo is displayed as this is determined by the social network you are posting to. I'm sorry if our new bounce report isn't fitting your needs and I can certainly see how being able to download an engagement report would be useful to see what contacts are opening and clicking your emails. Would you be interested in having some kind of "Top Contacts" reporting or a report that can be exported listing your contacts overall open and click rate, for instance?    When it comes to the loading of the contacts from the bounce report, I first want to make sure this isn't a connectivity issue as the data in the pop-up loads within a few seconds for me.
