Hello @Orlando_Chapter_USNA_AA , However the easiest method for a contact to resubscribe to you would be for them to go through one of your sign up forms. If they’re unable to get signed back up through a sign up form or through the resub email, you can request our Review team do a manual override of the unsubscription. You’ll need to get an email directly from the contact explicitly stating they want to be resubscribed. Then you’ll need to call into the Review team, and follow their processes from there. Since there are a number of legal and Compliance-related elements to unsubscribing and resubscribing, we have to make sure one of these three processes is followed.

Hello @DipakB7 , By "Goddard Parent," I assume you're referring to whatever partner you signed for an account with us under? If you're supposed to be receiving an email template from them in your account and haven't yet, please reach out to them directly as we'd have no control over that.

Additionally, if the contact continued to bounce even after an administrative unsuspension, then there's not much else we can do from our end. They may need to look into safelisting your emails or safelisting our domains. You may also need to look into switching to self-authentication for your emails as well if that ends up being the case.

Please follow the unsuspension process outlined in the earlier linked article. If you continue to have issues after doing so, please reach out to our general support so they can securely collect the contact's info and unsuspend them administratively. If our system continues to try to send emails to an address that continuously bounces as "non-existent" (as reported by the address's ISP), it can potentially harm sending reputations of ours, as well as our customers, which can affect overall delivery. The suspension is an automated system in place to protect both. If you have additional concerns about the suspension system, or need more specifics, please reach out to the Delivery team.

Hello @ChineseChurch.com , We apologize that you encountered this issue when trying to import your contacts. We've marked your account as affected, and submitted the case to the engineers for further review. If and when there's an update to the issue, they'll notify you. Unfortunately if this issue is affecting your particular Office 365 account, the only workaround at this time would be to manually export your contacts from O365, then manually import them. You may also be able to find a 3rd party integration that can assist with the contact syncing between us and O365, if you prefer a slightly more automated process. Hello @DeWynnN7 , Can you elaborate on what's being edited regarding the registrants? Is editing their payment or registration statuses, or editing certain contact details that's resulting in the invitation being re-sent? Is it it only occurring with specific registrants / contacts? Is the additional invitation going to all registrants, or just the ones edited? Is the erroneous invitation merely being copied when you make any edits? Or is it completely self-scheduling - i.e. already in scheduled / sent status (not draft) by the time you see it? If it's only in scheduled, are you able to un-schedule it like any other normal event-email?

Hello @DonHorton , To better assist, would you be able to answer some of the following troubleshooting questions? Is the form you're using the one at the top of the webpage version of your emails? Or is it a form hosted on your website? Is the form one developed by us, or is it developed by a different provider? Does it affect all iPhone users, or users on a particular iPhone version - software or model? I know that last question might be harder info to get ahold of, but it can definitely assist our technical teams in investigating the issue. If the forms having issues were created by a separate site or company, you may want to reach out to that form's developers to see if they can troubleshoot the issue on their end.

Hello @MarketerL52338 , Assuming you have permission to email these contacts, and the estate agent has allowed you to utilize their list, the quickest and easiest method would be to upload it via file. You'd want to get a CSV file of the contacts, make sure it's properly formatted for upload, and then go through the import process. You'll also likely want to speak with our Review team, to make sure this list and your utilization of it are within our Compliance guidelines and permission policy. See also: Contact import methods

Hello @UAPBInstitutionalAdvancement , Is the school's account showing and available for selection, but not actually connecting? Or is it not showing at all when logging into your personal account? Additionally, is the school's account setup as a group or a page (or both)? Per LinkedIn's API permissions, we can only connect with company-type pages that your personal account is connected to. Therefore it may be worth looking to this particular aspect of your school's account. Otherwise, it may be worth reaching out to LI's support, to see if they can see anything on the school's account that would be preventing it from connecting with 3rd party apps - a permission setting or other account setting in that regard. You may also want to check and see if this issue occurs with brand new templates, or only seems to be occurring on templates that have been copied over and over and over and over again - as too many generations of copies of copies will start to result in built-up junk coding. Replacing the problematic blocks can sometimes work, but it's generally best to either use fresh templates or copy from a master template source each time to avoid such issues (if that's actually the case here). Sometimes, depending on how the text is "disappearing" it can also be as simple of a solution as making sure the INSERT key on a keyboard hasn't been activated (though this would also be obvious in other programs outside of us as well).

Testing on other devices or networks, as well as disabling extensions (such as ad/pop-up blockers or VPNs), are also possible sources for the connectivity-type issues you're running into. As you'll note throughout this thread, we've gotten a lot of "reports" of this with minimal to no actual follow-up on the questions we've asked, leaving us with no actual information to supply our devs with (especially a problem if we can't even recreate this issue on our end). If you're unable or unwilling to continue trying the troubleshooting steps I've suggested, then I'd advise calling our general support so they can provide some actual live troubleshooting with you, and screenshare if necessary.

So, taking a look at the automations, it looks like they're all welcome emails, not actual series (the wording in the My Campaigns screen threw me off as well). I've noted in your case that this is a significant source of confusion, and needs to be more explicitly displayed in the Campaigns UI. So accounts can only have one active welcome automation at a time that can trigger. You currently have 3 active, so only that first one is actually going to trigger. If you're wanting additional "welcome" type emails to be automatically sent out for different lists, you'd need to upgrade to a Plus account and setup two separate true automation series - not welcome automations. Hello @NOLABrad , At this time the Birthday and Anniversary date fields are not available as selectable columns for viewing or sorting in the contacts dashboard. I've tracked your account as being interested in such a feature being developed, and submitted it to the devs for further review. If and when they have an update regarding this feature request, they'll notify you directly. At this time the only workaround would be to export all of your contacts with at least the email address and birthday fields selected, use your spreadsheet program to sort them based on birthday date, and then fill in info for those missing it. You can then re-import that updated file, which will update the existing contacts with that new info. If you don't already have a list where all of your contacts are, you can create a list to dump everyone into for the sake of the re-import, then delete-the-list-only afterwards if you don't want it among your others.

If you're just needing a one-time template crafted for you, to fill in with your desired info then the Design services would be best. If you're looking to setup a contract to have someone make your campaigns regularly each month for sendouts, then I'd recommend the Marketing Manager service.

Or at least, were the contacts that you added absolutely not part of those lists before the activation? If you remove the contacts from the lists, then re-add them, does the autoseries trigger for them?

Hello @FirstNameL94543 , It looks like you encountered an issue where scheduling a resend-to-non-openers before 3 days can occur in an "invalid date" error for the resend. We've marked the issue in your account, and submitted it to the engineers for further investigation. If and when they have an update regarding it, you'll be notified. In the meantime, if you're needing a resend-to-non-openers sooner than 3 days after its initial sendout, I'd advise one of the following actions: make a list from your non-openers around the time of needing to send it out, copy the email, and schedule/send the copied email to that did-not-open list. select-all the non-openers in the email report by clicking the top-most checkmark box, Actions > Quicksend the email. Please note this method has a hard cap of 5000 contacts at a time.
