Hi @AmberP0314 ,    Unfortunately, our editor does not currently support embedded forms, as most email clients do not support that type of code, so it wouldn't work or load for most recipients. The best option at this time would be to create a lead generation landing page or a survey, and link it using a button within the email campaign. They wouldn't need to download anything, but they would be taken to another page to fill out that form.  ... View more

Hi @AmyL497 ,    I checked with our technical department, and they did let me know that Constant Contact will send the survey itself out to the full 13k (or however many contacts are on the list you choose to send the email to), but SurveyMonkey will likely cap the responses at 1,000, if that is all that your plan with them allows. I would recommend reaching out to SurveyMonkey to confirm this, as we cannot really confirm how they choose to limit/calculate the responses, only what we can send out on our end.  ... View more

All of our templates are standard 600px wide, and mobile responsive, designed to fit to all screen types, so we would want to investigate this further. I did send myself a test of your email campaigns to a couple different email clients/devices, and I was unable to replicate the stretching issue you are referencing.   I would advise giving our support team a call at 866-289-2101 for live, 1:1 assistance. Hi @HustonE1 ,    Unfortunately, once an email has been sent externally and is in the "Sent" status, there is no way to bring it back or to recall it from people's inboxes. If this technology does become available in the system in the future, I will definitely have our engineering team reach back out to you.   For now, you would want to copy the email, make any changes or revisions to it that you need to make, and schedule it again.  ... In the meantime, we do have some workarounds that you can try:    1:   - Visit video on Vimeo - Copy Link from the Share option by clicking the paper plane icon - Insert the newly copied share link into a video block Note: Some users have had luck copying the URL in the Embed Code section of the share popup rather than the direct video share URL. 2: Create an image of video and insert it as a clickable image to link to the video 3: In some cases, it has been stated that removal of the "s" from "https" in the video URL can resolve the issue 4: Try setting the video thumbnail in Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/blog/post/turn-any-video-frame-into-a-thumbnail 5: In some cases, it has been stated that if you delete the video block and then add it back in with the same URL it will resolve the issue   Please let us know if any of those workarounds work out for you. Hi @RMFY ,    This drop in the click rate percentage is likely due to Apple's new policy. With the release of iOS 15, Apple Mail will now preload images in emails, including tracking pixels (which we use to measure Opens). This change was made by Apple to protect customer privacy. This means that the Open rate in emails is no longer as accurate as it once was - an Open may show even if the contact didn't open the email. We previously calculated Clicks based on Opens. Since Opens are no longer as accurate, we've switched to calculating Opens based on successful delivery (Sent number minus bounces). The Click-to-delivered metric is lower than the prior Click-to-opened metric, but it is a more accurate representation of your customers' engagement. All pages in the account will now only list the Click-to-delivered metric. The Reporting tab has a dropdown to choose between Click rate (clicks-to-delivered) and Click-to-opens. ... View more

Hi @user578651 ,    Great question! A recipient of Constant Contact emails can forward an email directly from their email client, the same as they would do with any other emails. You do want to be cautious when forwarding emails, however, as the formatting can become distorted when forwarding. We lose control over the formatting when that forward button is clicked. It's also good to be aware that when forwarding, the recipient of any forwarded email would also be able to opt out of the emails on the original recipient's behalf.  ... View more
