Hi @CarolynS3320, You could upload an image file (JPG or PNG) of the book cover to your Library and then drop it in your email template. Plus, you can make the image clickable if you want people to click on the image and initiate the download of the PDF file.

Hi @DeniseW0442, As @FLCGville mentions, it is still not possible to convert a multi-page PDF into separate images within Constant Contact; only the first page will be converted. Canva has a free converter tool (though you might have to create a free account with them) and integrates with Constant Contact. If you don't want to use Canva, there are many 3rd-party sites available if you type "convert PDF to PNG/JPG" in a search engine. Generally, these services will convert and then save it as a ZIP file, which you will then extract the files and upload them to your Library. Alternatively, if you have an Adobe license for Acrobat, there is an option to export a multi-page PDF into different image file types. I hope this is helpful! Hello @educarer , Our integration devs are upgrading the Canva integration to be on their newer API connections, so the current version of the Canva integration will no longer be supported. That might be what the Canva support agent you spoke with was referring to, but ultimately the Canva integration will continue to exist on between Constant Contact account libraries and Canva's design system.

Me as well, same problem. I looked to see if it was the image format, but all are jpgs at 8bits so ruled that out because some images print and some don't. Please find a fix for this as the printed copy serves as a proof to team members and recipients print it out as well.

Hi Amanda, please can you advise whether this issue has been or is being resolved yet? We cannot print our newsletter campaigns as the images seem to sit “outside” the document - assume this is to do with it being an online platform? It is very frustrating as we do want and need to be able to print copies of our newsletters. Thanks very much Natalie Lloyd (for Kathryn)

If your contacts are clicking the survey link in the email, or if people are accessing the link from other sites you may have posted the survey's URL to, but they're not actually submitting their responses then it would result in this lower submission rate. Keep in mind as well, if your contacts use security programs that "open" and "click" emails to check them for malware, this may also affect your surveys' starts vs actual submissions.

Yes, I agree Robert, great questions. I would also like to know what "rarely open your emails or click the buttons and links" means. There is obviously a formula. Not sure I agree that those who rarely check are totally useless to market to, though I would like to increase my open rate. I also am skeptical that my most engaged are my most valuable since I can see they are my competitors, ha! Would love to learn more about how best to clean things up. Thank you

Hello @KaraL87689 , At this time, there is an issue with CPE emails created from within a legacy automation series not having their headers available to edit. The only workaround would be to make the email wholly outside the automation series, or at least just getting it started, and then copying that into the series. You can copy the step from within going forward after that, and it should retain the ability to have its own individually set subject line.

Hello @LaurieGael , If you're using the older 3GE builder for your emails - easily noticeable by its giant orange Continue button in the top right corner of the editor - then it isn't an available option. If you're using the 3GE to build your email, you'd need to add your own TikTok icon image and link to your TikTok using that. Apps & Integrations In the CPE builder, TikTok is an available social icon.

Hello @ASQLA , The question didn't actually refer to duplicating lists, which is why Amanda explained how Update Profile forms work. To duplicate a list, simply select-all the contacts in the list you want to copy, Actions > Add to list > Create a new list and assign the contacts to the new one. Hello @MarciaH2, Thank you for reaching out to us again! Please take a look at our user roles here so you can see what they are all able to do inside the account. Account Managers and the Owner should have the availability to delete campaigns, and the Owner has the option to create the user roles inside the account.

Hi @BayUMC , I apologize for the confusion! The blocks are likely "nested", meaning that there is a group of blocks that are connected together. This feature was implemented to make it easier to move many blocks around at the same time, or as you were running into, changing the background color of many blocks at the same time. This guide should give you more information on connecting, and disconnecting those blocks, so that you are able to edit them however you please.

That functionality may have been a part of the more HTML-intensive 2ge builder, but that's been retired for some time now. The retiring 3ge builder and the current CPE builder don't have a padding adjustment aspect to text-wrapped images.

If you're continuing to have issues with your contacts' addresses not displaying properly, please make sure you've cleared your browser cache and fully quit out of it before logging back in. If the issue persists after that, please make a new thread or call our general support for further troubleshooting.

Two-way syncing like that wouldn't really be possible even with the current integration available. You may be able to find a 3rd party-developed option to connect your Outlook and CTCT accounts in such a way, but we wouldn't really have any recommendations regarding that.

I would advise giving our support team a call to troubleshoot this further.
