Adding a Facebook button to your email is a great way to drive social media traffic.  The process is a little different depending on the editor so I will include both instructions below.     2GE :   The first step will be copying the URL for your social media profile that you want to use, Facebook in this case. Place your cursor where you want the social media icon to appear and click Social. Place your cursor over your social media platform and click the plus button. Note: If your social media platform isn't listed, you can manually add an image of the logo as a clickable link. Select your image. Follow the instructions under the Link field to copy and paste the link for your unique social media page. Click Insert.Click Save to continue editing your campaign email. 3GE:  The first step will be copying the URL for your social media profile that you want to use, Facebook in this case. Go to the left side of the screen under the “Build” tab and you will see “Social”. Once the icons are added, click any of the icons to open the editor and click “Edit”. Paste the URL into the field next to the Facebook social media icon and click the chain icon to test the link. Hello,  We have a great feature that will allow you to personalize an email with a reader's first name, last name or both!   To personalize your Email campaign, Event-related email, or Survey invitation, you can add a greeting variable that pulls the name of your contact from the information you've stored in your account and display it to that individual contact when they read your email. Hello @Alan_Versateo,   I appreciate the feedback and I'm sorry about the current frustration regarding the interface change and how it impacts your experience with Surveys.   While the ability to make copies of Survey invite e-mails from the "Email" tab is no longer available, the ability to make copies of the invite from within the Survey is still available.    When you're on the "dashboard" of the Survey you want to make a copy of the invite in, follow these steps:   1) If it is not already expanded, click on "Survey Invitation." A number in parentheses will appear next to it if an invite was created/sent in the past.   2) Click the copy button of the invite email you want to send out again.      It should create an exact replica of the previous invite and save you a lot of work.    I hope this resolves your concerns.
