Add or remove an email from the Embeddable Newsletter Archive

Have attempted to archive 4 recent newsletters, one at a time, in order of appearance allowing time between each addition per instructions. I received a "Success" message yet they do not show in the Archive folder.

I am using Safari on an iMac (late 2013) with macOS Catalina Version 10.15.7

Suggestions?

Hello @Zoe_H

Thank you for the suggestion. I have now tested the steps with Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. Unfortunately the results are the same.

Have you updated the archive widget's embed code at all recently? If not, it might be worth copying the code from our end, and plugging it into your website again, to see if that forces an update. If not, then you may wish to call our general support line so they can perform more advanced, live troubleshooting with you.

Thank you William. My issue is not the widget, it works just fine and has been updated as an additional test.

My problem is the CtCt system tells me I've successfully added campaigns to the Archive, yet they do not show. You can see my process in a screen recording I made for @Zoe_H above.

I have a campaign I'm editing for delivery today so will contact the general support line when done.

Thank you for your input.
