Always get an error notification when I try to send a bulk email

I always get an error notification when I try to say send now. It says try again later.

Hello @CarrieR275 ,

 

Is there any more to the error message? Does it occur when sending to a specific list, or when using a specific email address to send? Does the error occur on other browsers, or while in Incognito / Private mode?
