Amount Due

I have received an email that we have an amount due.  We are a small museum.  We do NOT have Pay Pal, we do NOT have a credit card, or any of the other payment methods you list.  Is there no way to pay with a check?  Is it possible to get an invoice so that we know how much we owe?

 

We went through this last year, and it was extremely frustrating.  All I am asking for is an invoice (I need to justify my payments to our Board), and the ability to send a check.  Is there no way you can accommodate these 2 simple requests?  All our other suppliers allow us to send checks.  And all our other suppliers give us an invoice so we know how much to pay.  Our request seems simple enough.

The good news is US customers can par for their account with paper checks or echecks when under our prepayment plans. You can generate a prepayment invoice to send to our Billing team along with the check following these steps:
