I've been getting a bunch of leads through my Facebook ads. How do I automate sending sign up forms to them through Constant Contact software?

If you're using the lead ads made through us, then those contacts have already signed up.

I've downloaded a list of FB leads from my business's Facebook leads center. Apologies in advance but what do I do with it? What do I do with the email addresses I've collected. Can I immediately add them to my Constant Contacts email list?

Yes, you are correct! You can upload them into your Constant Contact email list if they have given you their permission on your Facebook Lead Ad. Thanks!

Hello @MichaelY506. Without having the file handy, we're not able to determine exactly why the contacts aren't uploading. There are a few ways this could happen.

- The email addresses are not formatted correctly

- The correct email column was not selected during the file upload process

In order to make sure this file is successfully uploaded, I would recommend calling into our Support team. They can do a screen share and view as you upload the file.
