Does anyone know if the number of contacts allowed in a plan include only active contacts or ALL contacts (which includes unsubscribed contacts too?)
thanks. We only have about 3000 active contacts, but says that ALL contacts is close to 5000 and we would like to not go over.

We're glad to hear you've been staying on top of your contact management. Your pricing is based on the number of active contacts you have - that is, email addresses that are neither awaiting confirmation or unsubscribed. Contacts that are unsubscribed or awaiting subscription confirmation aren't counted, and unsubscribed are always kept out of lists that can be actively sent to.
