Flip or Rotate an Image in an Email

I am following the tutorial to rotate a photo in the email, and everything is as it says in the tutorial here. However, when I click 'export' it does not save the updated image, just returns to the original image. I am not able to edit or flip any photos, and all of my photos are uploading sideways.

Hi @PMP_SunRiver ,

I certainly apologize that the image is not saving when you rotate it. If you are following all of the steps in the tutorial and clicking Export, that should be all you need to do to get it rotated. I would go ahead and try refreshing your Insert Image screen, as sometimes the screen does not refresh correctly after you've been working in the editor. On a PC, this can be done with the F5 key on your keyboard, or on a Mac, it can be done by clicking Command + R.

If you are still not seeing the rotated image after performing a refresh, I recommend giving our support team a call at 866-289-2101 so we can look into this a bit further.
