Hiccups with the saving mode and the loading of images

Feedback.

 

(1) Everytime i start to type, not within a minute, the pop up stated "a new version has been saved..." asking me to refresh.  This kept repeating and its pretty annoying. Is there a way to improve this? last time the interruption was the saving mode. Not even a minute I am held up with this interruption. 

 

(2) The loading of the images are pretty slow and i can't even edit now

Regarding the first point - this is typically triggered if someone else in your account is working on that email at the same time as you. It may be worth checking to make sure no coworkers or others with access to your account are trying to make edits at the same time. That said, if you know no one else is accessing that particular campaign for editing, then it's entirely possible a weird connectivity error is occurring. I'd recommend trying some connectivity troubleshooting, particularly checking your browser plugins/extensions, clearing your browser's cached images and files, or seeing if your VPN or any other security software is impeding our site from functioning on your device. If the issues continue to persist after these troubleshooting steps, then I'd strongly suggest calling in to our general support so they can screenshare and capture the issue as it's happening.

 

The slowness also sounds connectivity related. It's possibly connected to your internet upload speed (an upload latency of over 100ms can cause issues with working in the editor), but it may also be connected to those other elements mentioned. If you end up calling in regarding these issues, our technical support will also likely appreciate a screencap of a speed test report, including the upload and download speeds.

Today more hiccups i tried to attached images, it is not allowing me to do so.

Plus the app is not working well too. The image changes at the desktop is not reflecting at the app. 

Hello @Lilyt17. @William_A provided some workarounds and suggestions when it comes to connectivity issues. Were you able to try this out? If you are still having issues, it's best to call our Support team since they can do more advanced troubleshooting live with you so you can create your email successfully.

It is still doing the same. Slow down my work. This happened from the time i subscript to Constant contact. Its only now that i making known of this pop up asking me to refresh and it halts when in saving mode.
