How to alter spacing between lines of text

Hi

Is it possible to alter the spacing between lines of text in columns? I've selected a 3 column feature for one block in my newsletter and the line spacing seems to deep/wide. In a Word doc or another application, I can opt to shrink or widen the gap between lines, but can't seem to manipulate it in here? Am I missing something?

Also, is there an option to change the font size to an odd number? eg 13 or 11? I come across 15 sometimes. Bearing in mind I am new to Constant Contact, this is possibly something really basic I'm missing.

At this time line spacing is an available formatting option in the CPE.
