Images not loading and email won't save

As of yesterday, images will not load when I create an email.  All the image specs are within Constant Contact's recommendations, but nothing appears when I add an image block and insert a graphic.  The viewer shows nothing at all, not even an image block to show that something is there.  I have tried logging out and logging back in, (several times) but the problem persists.  I can send myself a test email and images are visible that way, but nothing is formatted for size and placement because they don't show up in the email editor.


Also, this morning, I get a red banner pop-up telling me that my email can't be saved.  HELP!  I'm under deadlines here, and the Constant Contact email interface is not working.

I'm having the same issue.  Images are not loading and I can't see anything other than text.  I have tried logging out and back in again, (repeatedly) and the problem persists.  HELP!  Yes, I can send myself test messages, but it's taking HOURS to design an email instead of minutes.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having issues while working in your account. I wasn't able to recreate anything you're describing while testing in your account, which indicates its a connectivity issue likely caused by some kind of network or plugin interference, or caching errors. 


Let’s start with some basic connectivity troubleshooting. Please keep in mind that when I say connectivity issues, I'm not necessarily referring to just your internet speed. There are a number of elements that can affect website connectivity and accessibility on an individual basis. 


If none of those alleviate the issues, please call our general support number so they can continue troubleshooting with you live. If possible, please have a screenshot of your speed test, including the More Info section, ready for the phone agent.
