I like to be able to add the Unsubscribe button at the top of my email blast (Campaigns) as currently it is included on the bottom of the email campaign.

At this time you cannot currently add an unsubscribe link to your email. I'm going to pass on your feedback. If this becomes available, we will let those who have requested know it becomes available.
