No click through data being reported

I have contacted you four times now to get our click through data reporting fixed. None of my emails are reporting any click through data. I sent test messages to someone else and had them click through every link this morning and again, nothing shows up in the report. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS? It's been several week already. I need the data to understand what's effective in our campaigns!

I apologize that you are having this experience! It appears we have submitted this feedback to our engineers on your account and you should be contacted once this issue gets resolved. We do completely understand how important it is to be able to see who has clicked and we are working hard to get this resolved as fast as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
