Open and view an email that has been sent

I can't open and view any of my past emails. What gives? I've clicked all over the place!

Hello @JenniferF2235 ,

 

I just checked in your account, and every email I clicked I was able to open and see the reporting or editor of. I also did the same for your Legacy Email types, and had no issues seeing their reporting pages. Have you tried logging out and back in, or performing any basic connectivity troubleshooting to see if an extension or browser cache error is getting in the way?
