The document has been replaced with a new version in our newsletter but the old version keeps on showing up when I click on the newsletter link. It has been about 20 minutes. Should I wait longer?

Does the old document show when opening in Incognito, another browser, or on another device? Typically the main issue when this occurs is the browser caching the old document still, which requires either waiting 24 hours for a natural refresh, or a cache clear.
