I have two sets of email data. All Leads (which is every email I have as a lead, including those who have converted into a paying customer) and Customers, which is any lead that is currently a paying customer. How can I send a email to All Leads but EXCLUDE anyone on the Customer list?
That is a great question!
To do this make sure that you have created two separate lists containing, one with "All Leads" and the other named "Customer List". Then you will want to access the Customer List and select all of the contacts in this list with the selection box next to the "Name" header.
Once all contacts in this list are selected you will then click on Manage Lists and choose Remove from Lists.
Select which lists to remove the contacts from and click the Remove button.
This will make sure that all of the contacts in your Customer List have been removed from the All Leads list. That's it!
