Setting up another account manager

 I tried to set up one of outsourced marketing consultants to manage a specific campaign for us. The above error message came up ("This email address has already been used by another account" came up.

 

What does this imply?

Hello @Steve56,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! That error message does imply that the email address is being used in another account. You will want to use a different email address to prevent this error message. You can also give us a call for security reasons so we can find the other account that the email address is associated with to see if it's possible for us to remove it so you can use it instead. Thanks!
