As long as you have page admin access (or someone that does logs in for you) to the applicable social media pages, you can manage them from within the CTCT account. There's analytics for all forms of engagement, and our system also allows for easy hiding, deleting, and otherwise managing of follower responses. Similarly you can schedule posts and cancel before they actually post if need be. If you're needing to edit a post that's already live on your page(s), you'll still need to use the actual social media platform to make those edits.

One thing to keep in mind is that we generally only recommend a 1:1 setup for CTCT accounts and social media pages. So having different companies / orgs' social profiles under the same CTCT account may lead to some odd discrepancies in reporting, wording, etc. This can of course be avoided if each of those companies have a separate CTCT account that you just switch over to. If you're set up as a Partner with full management privileges for the accounts you run, you should be able to easily switch between separate CTCT accounts to get up those orgs' corresponding social media posts.
