Still having constant problems with site encountering errors

This program was great. For the past 6 months it encounters a problem at least every 15min. Going to start looking into other options

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues when trying to access our site. I know how important it is to easily navigate through your account and to accomplish tasks in a timely manner.

 

You can click here for a list of the compatible browsers you can use with our system. You will want to ensure your browser is up to date to function optimally.

 

The next steps I would suggest is to clear the cache on your browser and to go into Safe Mode. Safe Mode will disable any add-on extensions your browser has that could potentially be causing the issues. If you are working on a work computer, it's also possible our website needs to be whitelisted into your security program.
