Store orders not notifying and in an "unclaimed" status on paypal.

I have 6 orders but all of the payments are unclaimed on paypal (working on answers to that with paypal) and none of the orders sent confirmation emails or notified me that they were ordered. Any suggestions?

Paypal doesn't seem to have an answer either. They keep trying to send me to invoice2go... 🙄

Unclaimed may mean that your customers could have sent the payment to the wrong email address for Paypal. Is there a chance you have an incorrect email address set up through your store? I apologize that you are having this experience. Try to reach back out to Paypal and see if the email address is correct. Thanks!
